The complex was designed for construction in the center of Astana city. The building has 6 underground and 70 ground floors. The height of the building to the top of the parapet is 320 meters.
The building blocks are made in a spatial frame in the form of white clouds, personifying tranquility and peace. Each cloud block consists of 9 free-form floors with an approximate size of 90x60 meters. Blocks were designed for offices, hotels, shopping malls, restaurants and apartments
